Ball - Machining Production

In valve ball production, the process begins with castings of semi-finished balls made by bar stock, investment casting, forging, sand casting, centrifugal casting, or pipe material, depending on the size and design. These semi-finished balls then undergo a series of precision machining processes, including I.D. machining, O.D. machining, slotting, de-burring, acid washing, oil cleaning, and optional mirror polishing and mark printing.
